By placing an order with Root & Branch Woodworks, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your product may be photographed, filmed, or documented during its creation process and after completion.

• These images or videos may be used for marketing, social media posts, product listings, educational content, or promotional materials.

• Custom designs may also be showcased unless you request otherwise before production begins.

• No personal information (such as names, addresses, or private messages) will ever be shared without explicit permission.

• If your custom order includes personal details (e.g., names, dates, or unique phrases), you may request that these elements be blurred, cropped, or omitted from public content.

If you prefer your item not to be used in marketing, please notify Root & Branch Woodworks before production begins.
