Shipping Policy

• Custom orders may require 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity.

• Processing time for custom commissions begins only after the required down payment has been received and the design (if applicable) has been approved.

• Production and shipping timelines may be extended if design revisions are requested.

2. Shipping Methods

• Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Tracking information is provided once the order is shipped.

3. Delivery Issues

Root & Branch Woodworks is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers

• Weather‑related disruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

If a package is lost or damaged during transit:

• Contact the shop within 7 days with photos or carrier documentation

• Assistance will be provided to file a claim or arrange a replacement when appropriate

4. International Shipping

If offered:

• Customs fees, VAT, or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility

• Delivery times vary by country and may be significantly longer
